Eagles Add Former Oak Ridge Standout Dowdell for 2009-'10 Season
JEFFERSON CITY, Tenn. -- Forward Quinche Dowdell (Oak Ridge, Tenn.) will join the Carson-Newman men's basketball team for the 2009-`10 season, head coach Dale Clayton announced Tuesday. Dowdell, a 6-5 transfer from Appalachian State, will have three years of eligibility remaining after playing last season for the Mountaineers. [+]

Ealy Joins Eagles' Coaching Staff
JEFFERSON CITY, Tenn. -- Former Tusculum College standout Josh Ealy has been added to the Carson-Newman men's basketball coaching staff, head coach Dale Clayton announced Tuesday.
